AcroYoga

Acroyoga is an excellent tool to train flexibility, cooperation, trust, strength, and communication. The practice is adaptable to many different types of people. Young and old. Athletes and couch potatoes.

I offer a variety of event types, all adjusted to the skill level and ambition of the participants.

TARGET AUDIENCES

Company Team Building Events.

Get in your body, and get to know your colleagues in a new and fun way

In a team-building, we put emphasis on trust and cooperation works, taught through games and exercises. Depending on the audience, we may get to fly.
This is not just fun and games. Through acroyoga, we learn to work together in a non-competitive way, where the success of the group and partnerships is completely dependent on everyone doing their part. There are real-life lessons to be learned here for how to cooperate as a team for joint success.

Events can be arranged at your premises, and slotted into a team day. Time allotment should be between 2 and 4 hours.

Social Projects.

Movement and touch can help individuals who may otherwise have difficulty navigating in a social context.

When you do AcroYoga, your social baggage takes a back seat. It becomes about creating something together, such as nailing a new acrobatic move. Individuals with social impairments often shine, as normal social roles suddenly become irrelevant. Everybody needs to cooperate in order to succeed.

We work with both the movements themselves, as well as how to communicate in a constructive way. The lessons learned translate to real life in the form of better social ties, group solidarity, and communication.
